Solid Playsilks

We love this size play silk for kids from 2 to 10 years. With the durable bright silk it is long lasting and a great toy for open-ended play. Playsilks are inspiring, magical toys that children will be drawn to play with time and time again. The simplicity and open-ended nature of Playsilks tap directly into the child’s creative potential. Open-ended play with Playsilks allows children to express their imagination and support their independence. Nourishing the senses with Playsilks gives the child an amazing tactile experience. Give your child a Playsilk and you’ll be amazed by all the ways they play! We have seen kids use them in so many ways: - Dress up capes, bandanas, skirts, and more - Doll blanket or carrier - Water or soup in kitchen play - As landscape, sea, sunset, stars, sunrise in play with figures and animals Playsilks are 35 x 35-inch squares made from gorgeous, lightweight (5 momme) 100% pure silk. Sarah's Silks inspires imaginative play in children through open-ended toys made from natural materials. Drawing from the philosophies of Waldorf and Montessori education and her own childhood of imaginative play, Sarah has been designing each toy with care for 28 years. About Sarah's Silks
