Solid Fishtail Oak Hourglass With Spiral Spindles

This custom hourglass is handcrafted from solid fishtail oak grown in Australia. Dark reddish-brown in color with strong broad rays, this material is straight grained with a medium texture. Combined with glass bulbs hand-blown in England, this classic piece adds a striking accent to any room. And because of the limited supply of this wood, once it's gone this hourglass will be retired. As with all wood each piece will vary slightly in graining and color making each hourglass unique. Hourglasses are handmade so sizes are approximate.
