SOLID CONVERSION DISC PSA TO H&L

Solid Conversion Discs (PSA to H&L) – Restore Your Backup Pad These Solid Conversion Discs are designed to convert your existing PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) backup pad into a Hook & Loop (H&L) system, giving you the flexibility of quick disc changes without replacing your entire pad. Over time, the heat and friction from sanding can wear down the nylon hooks on your backup pad, causing discs to lose grip and detach during use. Instead of purchasing a costly new pad, simply apply one of these conversion discs to restore the hook surface and extend the life of your equipment. How It Works Peel-and-stick PSA backing securely bonds to your existing backup pad The H&L (Hook & Loop) surface allows you to attach standard hook & loop sanding discs Instantly converts worn or PSA-only pads into reusable H&L systems Key Features Cost-Effective Solution: Restore instead of replacing expensive backup pads Strong Adhesion: PSA backing ensures a secure, long-lasting bond Durable Hook Surface: Designed to withstand sanding heat and friction Quick Conversion: Upgrade your pad in minutes Versatile Use: Compatible with most standard sanding applications Sizing Guide (Discs are slightly undersized for proper fit) 1-3/8" → fits 1-1/2" pad 1-7/8" → fits 2" pad 2-3/4" → fits 3" pad Applications General sanding and finishing Metalworking and fabrication Automotive and body work Woodworking Maintenance and repair Why Use Conversion Discs?
