Solaray Slippery Elm 400mg 100cp

When life gets complicated or the weather changes, maintaining that vibrant, healthy glow can be a challenge. Stay one step ahead! Slippery Elm is the perfect addition to your winter arsenal of herbs for respiratory and digestive comfort and radiant health. This type of elm tree grows best in the moist, sunlit uplands of North America. Its red inner bark contains a sticky mixture of sugars, called mucilage, that becomes a slick gel when coming in contact with water. This thick substance can help coat and soothe a dry throat, help support a healthy respiratory system, and can be soothing to the lining of your stomach and GI tract. Non-GMO and vegan, our Slippery Elm provides 400mg of the whole bark per serving and is manufactured with the excellence and care you've come to expect from Solaray. And like all our products, it's lab verified, so the purity and quality shine through! DIRECTIONS Use only as directed. Take 1 VegCap three times daily with a meal or an 8 oz. glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place
