Soilutions compost is New Mexico's #1 choice for building healthy, sustainable & regenerative soil! Adding compost to your yard is the first step toward building a healthy garden. Compost is a soil conditioner used to amend native soil by adding organic matter and crucial microbiology. Compost improves plant growth, conserves water and builds healthier soil in your yard and garden. New Mexico has several types of native soil, from very sandy to heavy clay. Compost is the perfect amendment for any soil type: it helps sandy soils build structure to retain water and reduces compaction in hard clay soils allowing better aeration and root growth.
