Our Competition has left a lot of their customers with a sour taste for cloud storage. They promise your cost will always be predictable and the same. But it's not. They charge you to upload. They charge you when you download. They charge you for overages you didn't see coming. The bills they send you get higher and higher with each passing month until you find yourself standing in front of your city council trying to explain yourself. Don't let this be you. Here's why you should choose our cloud solution No Overages! Pool your storage capacity together. Add storage as your needs grow. No Overages: Our system will alert you when your storage is at 85% capacity. That way you can adjust your Retention Policies to custom fit your agency. It's like having your own private server in the cloud. You "Set & Control" your usage and your cost. Your bill will never be more than what you expect it to be. Pool your storage capacity together: All of your officers can pool together their storage capacity. For example, if you purchase our Pro Package (600 GB per officer) for 10 officers, your officers can pool their allotted storage together and share 6000 GB (6TB) of storage. This method is extremely beneficial if an officer takes sick leave. His/her cloud storage allotment will never go to waste! Add storage as your needs grow: You can add additional storage as your needs grow. Need to add another Terrabyte of storage? No Problem. Each additional Terrabyte of storage is just $720 a year. Best of all, your officers will be able to share and pool all of your storage capacity together!
