Soft Machine Silver

A Tool that Reflects the Moment Designed in France and handcrafted with care, the Soft Machine® Silver is a pure expression of precision and radiance. Its mirror-polished stainless steel body captures the light — and the attention — as it performs the most essential of wine rituals: opening a bottle with grace. This edition of the Soft Machine® was created to celebrate both motion and material, where technical mastery meets tactile pleasure. One Continuous Motion Inside its sculptural form lies a patented rack and pinion mechanism, revered by sommeliers and collectors alike. This system allows for seamless, vertical cork extraction — old or new, natural or synthetic — in one smooth motion, without twisting or effort. Its foil cutter and spiral remain discreetly integrated into the body, while the mechanical movement remains proudly visible — a visual testament to the object’s ingenuity. A Sculptural Companion The Soft Machine® Silver is more than a corkscrew. Its sensual curves fit naturally in the hand, while its stainless steel structure gives it both presence and weight. Resting on the rim of a wooden crate or placed beside a linen tablecloth, it always feels at home. Some owners even repurpose it as a desk object or decorative piece, drawn to its visual clarity and satisfying form. It is not uncommon to see it admired like a small mirror. A Gift That Catches the Light Beautifully presented in signature packaging, the Soft Machine® Silver makes a memorable gift. It is ideal for those who appreciate wine, craftsmanship, or simply the pleasure of a well-made object. Over time, like all polished stainless steel pieces, its shine may evolve — each mark adding to its story. Regular maintenance with a soft cloth and appropriate care products will preserve its brilliance.
