Bel Air: A classic and wealthy color palette featuring a variety of blush tones and classic must-have white, navy and black.   Directions: Appy powder directly onto cured matte top gel.  Remove excess powder from the surface of the nail.  Seal with top gel and cure according to manufacturer instruction.
