Frequently Asked Questions Can my dog drink water while wearing this? Yes. The open-front mesh design allows your dog to drink water and accept small treats, while still preventing biting or scavenging large items. Is this muzzle suitable for flat-faced dogs like Pugs? No. This muzzle is specifically designed for dogs with long snouts (like Golden Retrievers, Shepherds, or Labradors). It will not fit securely on short-snouted breeds. How do I ensure it stays on securely? The muzzle features an adjustable nylon strap and a durable quick-release buckle. Ensure the strap is adjusted snugly behind the ears so it cannot be pulled over the head, but not so tight that it's uncomfortable.
