Astier de Villatte Sobre Salad Bowls

Add a dash of vintage character to your tablescape with our beautiful Astier de Villatte Sobre Salad Bowls. Taking inspiration from authentic 19th-century pottery designs, these stunning dishes were handmade in Astier’s historic Paris workshop using black terracotta clay, sourced from the Paris Basin and pressed into a handcarved plaster molds to create a simple, stately silhouette — a slow-paced, traditional process that gives each piece its own unique charm. From there, they’re coated in the brand’s signature milky white glaze, which lets hints of that natural clay color shine through for a perfectly imperfect finished product. With their classic beauty and short pedestal bases, our Sobre Salad Bowls are sure to make any meal feel a little more luxurious. For an elegant dinner party, put one at every place setting for the soup or salad course — or grab a few in each size to make a pretty presentation of your side dishes. Outside of the dining room, our they also make for a chic catchall dish.   •black terracotta clay •white glaze •astier de villatte •handmade in paris •each is unique   Dimensions: •small: approximately 8.75" diameter x 4.5"H •medium: approximately 10.5" diameter x 5"H •large: approximately 12.25" diameter x 6"H   Care: •hand wash only •not microwave safe
