Soberdough Classic Bread Mix

An artisan beer bread mix that is Simple to make. All you need is this package which includes a dry mix for the bread and you will need a beer to flavor and wet the mix. You can also substitute the beer for carbonated water to make this non-alcoholic.  Remember that the beer you decide on will change the flavor so a pilsner is your best option if you do not want a bold bread but a more classic bread.  Another suggestion is to let it set - I love it the next day when all of the flavors combine and the bread is more firm.   Strawberry and Fig Jam: Strawberry & Fig Jam – Olive Oil Etcetera or Stonewall Kitchen's Maine Blueberry Jam   Lemon Creamed Honey: Creamed Honey – Olive Oil Etcetera or Cinnamon Creamed Honey (best - seller)
