In this comprehensive workshop, our expert soap maker will guide you through the traditional and alchemical art of cold-process soap making. ✨ The Experience Overview Duration: 3 hours of guided instruction. Investment: $95 per artisan The Perks: We provide all professional equipment, apothecary tools, safety gear, raw materials, and complimentary light refreshments. 🌿 What You Will Make Every guest will craft a full 42oz loaf of luxury botanical soap, which yields 9 generous bars (a $90 retail value).  ● Signature Scent: Choose your favorite aroma from our curated library of premium essential oils and fragrances. ● Custom Colors: Select up to two colors to create beautiful, celestial layers or intricate swirls. ● Botanical Finishes: Top off your custom loaf with your choice of dried flowers and herbs, and natural exfoliants from our botanical bar. 🕒 The Workshop Itinerary ● Settle & Sip (30 mins): Arrive, enjoy light refreshments, and mingle. We will provide a brief, engaging introduction to the science of soap making, along with our safety protocols. ● Design & Prep (45 mins): The creative phase! Smell the scents, select your colors, and allow us to guide you through measuring your specific ingredients. ● The Soap Making(1.5 hours): Roll up your sleeves. It’s time to make the soap! Learn about the "trace" phase and practicing artisan swirling techniques. ● The Finishing Touches (30 mins): Top your loaf with beautiful botanicals. Then go over your final curing instructions. 🧼 The Curing & Cutting Process Because traditional cold-process soap takes 30 days to fully cure, you have two options for how your group completes their soap journey: Option 1: The One-Session Workshop. Perfect if your group just wants to meet once! At the end of the event, you can leave it to the Pros: Leave your freshly poured loaf with us! We will expertly cut your soap after 3 days and store it on our curing racks. You simply pop back into the shop 3-4 weeks later to pick up your ready-to-use bars. Option 2: The Two-Session Workshop (The Full Artisan Experience) ● Session 1: The main 3-hour crafting event. ● Session 2: You and your guests return to the shop within 3 days of your event for a quick 30-minute follow-up. You will un-mold your loaves together, and you will get to use our professional wire cutters to slice your own 9 bars! You then take them home to finish their 30-day cure.
