The collar adjusts to fit most adults. Please note the photo with the collar. When we print the design on the bow tie, the pattern does not cover the entire collar, leaving a small portion solid white. When worn under a shirt collar, this white portion is not seen. The design is printed and permanently pressed directly onto a solid white self-tie bow tie via dye sublimation. (This is not an embroidered or woven bow tie.)
