Snow Leopard Mangave

MANGAVE 'Snow Leopard' PP31137 MAD ABOUT MANGAVE® Collection. 16-18" tall, 22-24" spread, full sun. This variegated sport of 'Jaguar' has the long, lance-shaped leaves of the parent but with creamy white margins. Some cherry red spotting exists along the margins, but the bright variegation appears clear from a distance. Compared to 'Kaleidoscope', this has white margins (versus yellow) and dark spots cover the leaves and are pink when on the margin. UV light enhances the spots. Deer and resistant. Slow grower. Zones 9-11. Potted in 3" pot. These large succulent-esque hybrids retain the excellent heat and drought tolerance of their Agave background, while adding fast growing, tropical attributes from their Manfreda parentage. They can be grown solitary, in the landscape, or in mixed or mono decorative containers. Their tolerance of a wide variety of moisture conditions allows them to be mixed with succulents, annuals, and tropicals. Mangave are perennial in southern zones, with the option of being grown as an annual in northern zones or overwintered as a houseplant. Planting Instructions:  Light: Full sun Water: Drought-tolerant; water deeply and let dry Temperature: 60–90°F Tips: Striking pattern; great for containers
