Snow Flake Obsidian Smooth Stone, Grounding + Balance

Offering grounding & balance during challenge & change, calming while teaching one to value mistakes (for the opportunity to experience the lessons) as well as successes. This one activates the third eye (intuition) & root chakra which makes it a nice stone to assist in releasing stressful mental patterns- or self sabotaging thinking. This allows expansion of awareness, using the lesson of the past to fuel & create the present. Our past lessons (during past lives & this one) are proof that we are resilient, STRONG & so powerful! There will be some darkness, there will always be bright, bold & beautiful light inside of you! WITHOUT THE DARK, WE WOULD NEVER SEE THE STARS! *What you get: 1 Intuitively selected for you, flat (smooth) stone, shipped in a pouch! This doesn't have the divot like a worry stone- but can be used the same way. Your smooth stone may be round, oval, square or free form- each one unique & perfect! It's also great to place on your 3rd eye during meditation or under your pillow to promote sleep. Note: Natural stone can vary in size, color, & shape. Expect lines/shades/variances as these are considered the "finger prints". No two are the same! All crystal healing uses & metaphysical properties are provided as a means of education. PS- We love healing crystals & believe they spiritual support healing. However- I am not a doctor & this is not medical advice. :)
