Snake River 6" Deli

A blade shaped by water, the long curve of the valley, and dreams of the West. Each knife is a one-of-a-kind tribute to the iconic winding waterway. The blade bears the topography of a section of the Snake's course, tracing the bends and turns that shape both landscape and fond memories. Subtle blue-green hues ripple through the etching, echoing the movement of water over stone and the deep glacial currents that shape the  valley. It’s a landscape rendered in steel—strong, fluid, and unmistakably Western. Built in America and made to be used every day, the Snake River Deli is equally at home slicing fruit by a campfire, cutting sandwiches on a riverbank, or working in a kitchen where stories and meals make lasting memories of treasured times. This is a limited batch and will move faster than a kayak thru Lunch Counter. The Deli Knife The Snake River Deli carries the same trusted blade that has earned a place in kitchens across the country. Its proprietary serrated edge glides through crusty bread, ripe tomatoes, bagels, fruit, and vegetables with a clean, easy cut that leaves food looking as good as it tastes. Built for everyday use, it stays sharp for years without the need for regular sharpening, ready for everything from a quick lunch to a picnic by the river. It is a hardworking knife, plain and simple—a tool made to be reached for often, used without ceremony, and appreciated more with every meal.
