Smudge Brush

This Smudge Brush is thin with shorter bristles, making it even more precise and easy to use and to get that perfect crisp line that lifts your brows and gives you your desired shape.  This brush is vegan and hypoallergenic. How To Apply: Swipe the Smudge Brush across the edge of the Camo-Light Highlighter pencil and begin creating a thin line of highlighter under the brow arch, in a short back and forth like motion, continue to brush in the highlighter until fully blended.
