Let's explore what the Automatic Starter Kit has to offer: Roller Squeegee: The star of the kit, our top-of-the-line Roller Squeegee ensures an impeccable smoothness that will make your prints stand out. With its innovative design and superior performance, the Roller Squeegee guarantees exceptional print quality and a flawless finish. 23" x 31" Frame with PTFE: The Ultimate Smoothing Kit includes a professional-grade frame with PTFE professionally laminated to it. This ensures a perfectly smooth and consistent surface for your prints, eliminating any imperfections and enhancing the overall print quality. Use Roller Squeegees to achieve the absolute smoothest prints you've ever accomplished on press! When laying down an underbase, you may have noticed that as the mesh releases its contact with the substrate, it pulls up on the fibers of the garment, resulting in fibrillation. This phenomenon significantly reduces the resolution, detail, and smoothness of your final print when adding colors on top. The solution? Incorporate a Roller Squeegee after the flash to matte down the fibers. By creating a smooth surface, colors printed on top of this surface bring out the intricate details and significantly increase the overall smoothness, delivering a soft hand feel. The Difference Without a Roller Squeegee and With a Roller Squeegee Each Automatic Starter Kit Includes: 1 x 23" x 31" Smoothing Frame with professionally installed PTFE 1 x 16" Roller Squeegee
