Smokestone 480

The world’s first wood-fired pellet griddle lineup just got stronger with the new recteq SmokeStone 480. Built to elevate your griddle game, the SmokeStone features a smarter design and signature wood-fired flavor you simply don’t get with gas griddles. From breakfast and smash burgers to fajitas and hibachi, the SmokeStone 480 delivers bold, smoky flavor in every bite. Now with lid-down cooking, you get better heat retention, faster cook times, and deeper flavor when it matters most. Like every SmokeStone, it’s pellet-fueled with consistent temperature control that holds steady, so your results stay stable no matter what’s on the griddle. And when you load it up, the PID controller recovers heat faster than traditional griddles, keeping every cook on track. Built like a tank and featuring a pre-seasoned cold rolled steel cooktop, the SmokeStone 480 is ready right out of the box, no seasoning, no prep, no waiting. Better control. Better flavor. Better results.
