Smoked Sturgeon

Approx. 1 pound Smoked sturgeon is an exquisite delicacy, renowned for its rich, buttery texture and refined, smoky flavor. This prized fish is carefully cured with a blend of premium salts and seasonings before being gently smoked over select hardwoods to enhance its natural umami. The result is a tender, velvety flesh with a hint of sweetness and a beautifully balanced smokiness that lingers on the palate. Perfect for gourmet platters, elegant hors d'oeuvres, or paired with crème fraîche and blinis, smoked sturgeon embodies sophistication and culinary artistry. We are proud to use the same sturgeon that produce our caviar from Idaho Springs! Handcrafted On-Site We make out Smoked Salmon Bits in our boutique smokehouse, located in Portland, ME.
