Harvested from sustainable wild fisheries in the North Atlantic, this haddock is then smoked in Maine. No sugars, colors or preservatives added, just haddock, sea salt and smoke. This vacuum-sealed fish should be cooked before serving. (These fillets are thicker than the finnan haddie we import from Scotland, because of the age and size of the fish.)
