SMOKED CHOCOLATE CHIPS

VEGAN • ORGANIC • COLD-SMOKED Rooted in the Pacific Northwest, many of us have grown up camping, fishing, and smoking our catch. There's something incredibly nostalgic about that smoky scent, which we've coupled with our favorite medium - chocolate.  Cold-smoked over alder wood, these chips will transform your typical cookie recipe from good to sophisticated.    7 oz (207 ml)   breakPoint   SERVING SUGGESTIONS:   We love to make our S’mores cookies with this chocolate, but an ordinary chocolate chip cookie recipe is lovely as well. Try melting them down and making hot cocoa, or make a ganache and use on cupcakes or cakes. Use in savory applications like in a mole sauce or ground up for a pork rub. The possibilities are endless!   INGREDIENTS: organic chocolate (cocoa bean, sugar, vanilla, sunflower lecithin), the smoke of alder wood CORN SYRUP FREE, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, VEGAN, GMO FREE, SOY FREE Produced on shared equipment with peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, and soy.   Store in an airtight container away from light between 55–68 degrees.     SHIPPING    All orders that include our Molten Chocolate Cakes must ship 2-day, because they are a frozen product.
