SmCo Rect0280Ni

1.102" (28mm) long x 0.709" (18mm) wide x 0.512" (13mm) thick, SmCo24H Rare Earth Samarium Cobalt Rectangle Magnet, Magnetized through the thickness, Nickel plated. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) = 1 pc Rectangle Magnets are typically used as motor magnets, generator magnets, pump motors, holding magnets, and sensor magnets. The surface area of a rectangle magnet gives a strong hold when paired with steel or another magnet, and the contour of the magnetic field makes them an option for most motors, generators and pumps. Rare Earth Samarium Cobalt Rectangle Magnets can operate in high temperature environments, or in an application where a demagnetizing force is present. Samarium Cobalt Magnets are typically used in high temperature motors, aerospace and military applications. When a rectangle magnet is used in motors, pumps and generators, the grade and coating of the magnet should be considered carefully. Knowing the temperature requirements, the operating environment, and the field strength needed from the rectangle magnet will be important prior to magnet production. SM Magnetics, the engineering and manufacturing sister company of SuperMagnetMan, has been assisting Corporate customers for many years with their custom Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) rectangle magnet and magnetic assembly applications. SM Magnetics works with Corporate customers to optimize their design and can then manufacture the specific Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) magnet or magnetic assembly to meet the required specification. SM Magnetics has their own ISO certified factories and controls the entire manufacturing process. For assistance from a technical representative at SM Magnetics, click here for the contact info.
