Developed by an orthopedic surgeon for his mother, who battled late-stage cancer and suffered from poor posture and compressed lungs, Forme® was created to help people move, think, and live at their highest potential. How to Wear Forme®? Forme® is designed to be worn as part of your everyday routine, at work, while traveling, during workouts, athletics, rehab, post surgery, or even while sleeping. ✔ Begin by wearing for a few hours per day during the first 1–2 weeks to allow the body to gradually adapt to changes in muscle activation and postural alignment. ✔ An immediate improvement in posture may be observed upon wear, without conscious effort, due to the smart apparel's integrated alignment technology. ✔ Mild muscle soreness may occur within 1–2 days of initial use, similar to muscle adaptation or training fatigue. If discomfort occurs, discontinue use for 1–2 days before resuming wear.   Full Body Alignment: Pair with the Ergo Short and Arch Booster Sock or Ankle Guard Sock.
