Finding a paint that could reasonably match the existing colours, as well as operate well under studio lighting conditions proved difficult, but Smarter Surfaces greenscreen paint worked an absolute treat! The wall only took 1 day to paint between undercoating, drying and two applications of the greenscreen paint. Green Screen Paint Installation Guide How To Apply Green Screen Paint? The chroma green paint does not require professional installation. It is designed for easy application by anyone. To apply it smoothly, follow the steps below – Step 1 – Ensure all surfaces to be painted are clean, dry, and free from loose materials. This will give you the best results. Step 2 – Sand the surface and remove any sanding dust before applying the base coat. Step 3 – Apply the first base coat – Use a mohair or lint-free short-pile roller sleeve. Allow it to dry completely, then lightly sand the surface. Step 4 – Apply the second base coat – Recoat the surface evenly and let it dry for about 2–4 hours at 20°C. Step 5 – Apply the first top coat – Ensure the base is smooth and defect-free. Apply one coat of Green Screen Paint and allow it to dry for 2–4 hours. Step 6 – Apply the final top coat – Finish with the second coat of Green Screen Paint. It will be touch-dry in 1 hour and ready for use after 12 hours.
