Description Our Dogfish Shark Rigs are hand made, hand crimped, ready to slay big sharks. We Make our J Hook rigs with a 9/0 4x Gamakatsu Octopus hooks paired with 135lb cable and a 600lb Swivel. We also .ake that same rig with 2 hooks with an 8" gap in between the 2 hooks.  Specs 135lb Cable 9/0 Gamakatsu Octopus 4x Black Nickle J-Hook 600lb Swivel What Can I Catch With This Rig? Black tips, Bull Sharks, Hammerhead Sharks, Tiger Sharks, Nurse Sharks, Lemon Sharks, Bonnet head Sharks and MORE!  How Do I Use These Shark Rigs? First decide if you are going to use a weight to keep your bait on the bottom or if you are going to use a balloon or float. If you are going to use a weight attach to your mainline then tie your mainline to the swivel to the top of the rig. (Usually we recommend just using a slip on style weight.) (If using a balloon or float attach after you tie to the top swivel on the rig.) Pick out your favorite bait and hook on to the hook. We recommend using a hardy bait that will stay on the hook.
