This kit includes everything you need to build a durable, custom 11.5” slotted spatula: Stainless Steel Spatula Body – Suitable for heavy kitchen use, with a little flex. Two Handle Scales – Choose brass or copper, each .125” thick for a substantial and comfortable grip. Copper Rivets (3) – Assemble your handle with classic hammered rivets Get creative as you hammer and texturize the .125” thick handle scales to your liking. Add an artisan touch by stamping initials, numbers, or your maker’s mark. No advanced skills or fancy tools required — this kit is all about having fun and making a really useful kitchen tool.  A long-slotted spatula, also known as a chef's turner, is an indispensable kitchen tool. Its slim, angled design is perfect for flipping delicate foods like fish fillets or crepes, while the sturdy stainless steel body can handle heavier items like burgers, steaks, or even pancakes. The slots allow excess oil or liquid to drain off, making it ideal for frying or grilling. With its extended length, this turner gives you precision and control, even when working over hot surfaces. It’s a go-to tool for home cooks and chefs alike. * Assembly required - this is a DIY kit, not a finished spatula. Finished spatula pictured is for reference.
