Slingshot V2 SlingWing NXT Wing

Slingshot V2 SlingWing NXT Wing The SlingWing NXT V2 optimizes lift, enhances free-fly performance, and reduces weight to create a smoother, more dynamic ride. The introduction of a segmented strut construction powered by an Aluula Airframe refines handling and precision. An increased wingtip angle of attack enhances the lock-and-go feel and free-flight stability, while optimized fiberglass battens provide greater stability and minimized drag. By removing the two center clips, Slingshot have reduced weight to make the NXT V2 the lightest wing yet. Every detail is engineered for maximum performance and responsiveness, making it the ultimate tool for riders pushing the limits of wing foiling. Features Aluula NXT Airframe Design - A strategically calculated reduced diameter LE from the center of the LE wing to the wing tips, the Aluula Laminate Airframe delivers Slingshot's revolutionary high tension, high-performance canopy wing design. Offering superior balance and handling with best-in-class flex characteristics. Stiff in the front and transitioning to softer at the wing tips, the Aluula Laminate Airframe keeps the first third of the canopy structure smooth and rigid for on-demand power. Smaller Leading-Edge Diameter - Compared to the Slingwing V6, The NXT features a smaller leading-edge diameter resulting in a reduced drag while riding, a higher top-end speed, and a lighter overall weight. Optimized Panel Layout - Ensures a tight canopy and precise handling, delivering consistent power and control. The radial panels along the trailing edge control the air outflow and extend the life of the wing, while optimized canopy orientations throughout the wing ensures ideal load transfer and a snappy, responsive feel.  ClickConnect - The easiest and quickest handle connection available on any wing. The ClickConnect is a tool free way to mount your handle on your wing. Simply slide the handle into the connection point on the strut until is clicks. Segmented Strut Design - Provides improved free-fly capability by reducing drag and increasing structural support, enabling effortless transitions and enhanced lift. This design allows for a higher fidelity optimized aerodynamic profile, ensuring the wing performs as intended. The angled tail section of the strut adds reflex to keep the leading edge open to the wind-piercing upwind in tacks and preventing backwinding.
