Professional Grade 50% Longer Pins Eco-Friendly Best Large Slicker Brush for Dogs: Professional Grooming Tool for Long-Haired Breeds Say goodbye to knots, mats, and tangles with our professional Large Slicker Brush for Dogs, specially designed for Goldendoodles, Bernedoodles, Poodles, and all long-haired breeds. This premium grooming tool features 1-inch stainless steel pins—50% longer and denser than standard brushes—that penetrate deep into thick, curly coats to remove stubborn mats and reduce shedding. The bent, angled pins glide through fur without scratching skin, making grooming stress-free and comfortable. What makes this the best slicker brush for long-haired dogs? The best slicker brushes feature extra-long pins that reach through dense coats to the undercoat layer. Our Large Slicker Brush has 1-inch stainless steel pins—50% longer and denser than typical brushes—specifically engineered for Goldendoodles, Poodles, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, and other breeds with thick or curly coats. Each pin is bent and angled at 45 degrees to lift hair gently, remove mats effectively, and stimulate natural oils without scratching sensitive skin. Is this large slicker brush safe for all breeds and coat types? Absolutely. The bent, angled pins work on curly, wavy, straight, and long coats without irritating skin. Safe for all dog breeds, generations (F1, F1B, F2, Multigen), and life stages including puppies 12 weeks and older, adults, and senior dogs. The non-scratching design protects your dog's skin while the long pins effectively reach the undercoat to prevent mats and control shedding by up to 70% with regular use. How does this slicker brush reduce shedding and promote healthy skin? Regular brushing removes loose undercoat fur before it sheds around your home. The 45-degree bent pins massage skin and stimulate natural oil production, distributing oils throughout the coat for a healthy, shiny finish. The deep-reaching 1-inch pins capture excess shedding hair and remove debris, keeping your dog's coat clean. Brush 3-4 times weekly for best results.
