Paleta Serrano, Sliced Ham

2 oz Fermin is proud to bring the authentic Serrano in the US market, made from pigs born, raised and processed entirely in Spain. Fermin pigs are older, heavier and fattier than the pigs from North Europe. This is a guarantee of higher quality. It means a product is more tasty and complex. Beautifully presented in a skin pack. The slices are very easy to separate, to present on a plate and impress all Iberico lovers. CURED FOR 10 months using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World Heritage .
