Sliced Broadbent Long-Aged Ham, one 3oz pack, Broadbent Ten years ago, under the direction of Ronny and Beth Drennan, in Kuttawa, Kentucky, Broadbent added a new line from our heritage breed, pasture-raised hams to their existing line, which goes back over 100 years. Their American style of prosciutto is lighter, with a uniquely sweet and salty flavor. Sliced Lonzino, one 3oz pack, Monti Verdi This lesser known cured meat (coming from the loin) is a lean, but surprisingly sweet and tasty cut, almost like prosciutto. The long aging process of at least 4 months allows for a complexity of flavors to emerge. Made in the Italian style by Monti Verdi in Vermont. Sliced Lomo, one 3oz pack, Smoking Goose A delicacy in Spain, lomo is a dry cured and aged pork loin. Ours is true to tradition and seasoned with black pepper, sea salt, paprika, and garlic. Produced by Chris Eley of Smoking Goose in Indianapolis, this lomo uses pork loins from pasture raised 100% heritage breed Red Wattle pigs raised by Lazy S. Farms. Sliced Casella's Prosciutto, one 3oz pack, Casella's Cesare Casella is best known as the chef with the rosemary — he is rarely without a small bouquet springing from his pocket, a signature that reflects his dedication to his herb-inflected cuisine and fresh ingredients. When he was growing up, one of Chef Casella’s jobs at his family restaurant was helping make the cured meats they were famous for along with the Norcini, roving butchers who traveled the Tuscan countryside to help families process their livestock before winter. Sliced Volpi Prosciutto, one 3oz pack, Volpi Foods In 2002, exactly 100 years after John Volpi opened his business, Armando Pasetti passed the torch to his daughter, Lorenza. Now, as president of Volpi Foods, Lorenza continues to refine her great-uncle’s craft while adhering to the techniques he brought with him to America more than a century ago. The 100% heritage breed prosciutto boasts an intense earthiness and a subtly sweet and nutty flavor — the ham is hand-rubbed, salted, and air dried for a perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture. For appetizers, snacks, sandwiches and spur-of-the-moment gatherings, nothing concentrates the essence of meaty deliciousness more than cured meats!  Humanely raised on pasture  100% antibiotic-free Raised by independent family farmers Heritage pork and beef has more marbling resulting in more tender and juicy meat
