Skywalk Range 3 Athletes Version

The harness combines the proven flight stability and seating comfort of the RANGE X-ALPS3 with an uncompromising focus on racing. Its ultralight, minimalist construction weighs in at an astonishing 1.40 kg – an unbeatable value for a pod harness! And no compromises were made in terms of safety: The PERMAIR protector offers maximum protection, extending to the back, so you’re fully protected even in extreme situations. The aerodynamic silhouette of this harness is your key to outstanding performance on long glides. With two storage compartments and a cockpit pouch, there is enough space for your essential gear. Are you ready to embark on your next adventure and push your limits? The RANGE X-ALPS3 Athlete Version is waiting for you! Aerodynamic Rear Fairing The ram pressure fairing inflates due to the incoming air and recombines the flow behind the pilot. This significantly improves drag and increases glide performance. Front Rescue System with Cockpit The cockpit provides space for a phone and a compact variometer, keeping them optimally in view alongside the rescue system. The V-line is safely attached to the shoulders, just like in conventional harnesses. Power Frame The Power Frame distributes the forces homogeneously over the entire seat shell and provides optimal support without pressure points – high flying comfort is guaranteed! Cockpit Pouch The cockpit pouch not only offers additional velcro for attaching more flight instruments, but also features a clever storage compartment with a cable outlet, ideal for your power bank. Additionally, there’s another compartment for smaller items like snacks, so you have everything you need during your flight at hand and well-organized. For secure stowing, it can be quickly detached. Back- and Seat Storage Compartment The spacious back compartment with a capacity of around 30 liters provides ample room to store your backpack. The asymmetrical zipper simplifies filling the storage compartment. The practical storage compartment under the seat shell offers ample space for lightweight items like extra clothing or inner packing sacks. For weight reduction, it can be removed. Hydration System Setup The hydration bladder can be conveniently stored and secured in the back compartment. The drinking tube runs elegantly through an opening directly to the shoulder strap, allowing easy access to hydration without compromising comfort. PERMAIR 2.0 The further development of our first PERMAIR protector generation has a practical inflate/deflate check valve that makes the filling of your protector significantly easier. PERMAIR 2.0 protectors can also be inflated in several ways. In addition to the previously common variant with the inflation bag and compression function, you now have the option to fill your protector via the PERMAIR PUMP or in a minimalist way via the mouthpiece. Optional Accessories PERMAIR PUMP The small electric pump is the most convenient way to inflate the PERMAIR protector. With a battery capacity of 3600 mAh, it also serves as a power bank and literally weighs just 150g. You can order the PUMP from your skywalk dealer or in the skywalk Online Shop.       INFLATION BAG The INFLATION BAG is used to stow and inflate the protector. When used correctly, the protector can be filled with just one stroke. You can order the INFLATION BAG from your skywalk dealer or in the skywalk Online Shop.     Technical Data Size S M L Pilot height (cm) 160 – 176 173 – 184 183 – 200 Weight harness (kg) 1.40 1.45 1.50 Weight Cockpit Pouch (g) 28 28 28 Weight seat storage compartment (g) 22 22 22 Maximum load (kg) 100 100 100 Certification Harness EN 1651/2018 EN 1651/2018 EN 1651/2018 Certification Protector LTF NfL 2-565-20 LTF NfL 2-565-20 LTF NfL 2-565-20 Vol. rescue compartment (cm³) 3000 cm³ 3000 cm³ 3000 cm³
