Sky Catch

The effect of a Card Sword is great. A card is selected and lost in the pack, then you spring the deck into the air and use a sword to pierce the selection mid-air. There's only one problem: the sword. Not only does it scream "magic prop," but most don't even look like real swords; they're a pain to travel with, and honestly, they just aren't that practical. That's why Taylor Hughes worked with Vanishing Inc. to produce "Sky Catch". "Sky Catch" is a card sword built for today. The sword's been swapped for one of those grabbers that you'd use to get the remote if you dropped it behind the couch. Not only does this immediately add a bit of comedy to the routine, but it turns it into something that is immediately recognizable to every audience. But the new prop isn't the only upgrade; "Sky Catch" is more practical, easier, and stronger than any Card Sword before it. The redesign lets you perform this classic of magic with a signed card. No palming, no loading, no tricky sleight of hand. In fact, it's probably the easiest Card Sword we've seen! Every detail has been fully thought out. It even folds down for easy travel, making it perfect for working performers. You'll learn Taylor Hughes's full routine, complete with all the tips, tricks, and running bits that he uses. This is the real routine he's used to close shows with everywhere from the Chicago Magic Lounge to the Magifest stage. You're getting an audience-tested parlor magic piece that packs small and plays big, and works whether you're performing for 50 or 5,000. Pick up "Sky Catch" today, and give your closer the upgrade it deserves. Dimensions: 17.75" x 6.5" x 3"
