Skull & Bones Dangle Earrings

These solid sterling silver Skull & Bones dangle earrings are wax carved by hand and cast using the ancient process of Lost Wax to cast them in sterling silver. I then made a mold, which I can inject with wax and make wax copies of the Skull and crossbones and cast a lot of them. Perfect for making a matching pair special just for you. Or buy just one to make your own customized set when you mix and match with my hearts, Yorick Skulls, or crossbones posts. These dangles have a sterling silver french hook. These Skull & Bones are part of my Memento Mori Collection. Death, Decay, Corruption, and constant reminders of our own mortality wait around every corner. What can we do but recognize and even celebrate these as reminders to live our lives more fully? The Stoic Philosophers of antiquity wrote that one can only live one’s life fully in the present moment by meditating on death’s inevitability. This is the thought process celebrated by Memento Mori art. So here is your reminder to live life to the very fullest, and they look super freakin cute to boot! Sterling silver everything 25mm x 12mm
