The Skopper Neal in size 12 from Umpqua is a versatile skater-hopper hybrid that brings explosive topwater eats. With its foam body, rubber legs, and upright wing, it skates, pops, and floats like a dream—perfect for enticing aggressive trout. Fish it on the surface of NorCal rivers like the Upper Sacramento, McCloud, or the Lower Yuba during summer and fall, especially when hoppers or October caddis are active. Ideal for dry-dropper rigs or as a solo skater in riffles and pocket water.
