Monk Oil was founded in 2014 in New York City when two friends—an artist and a former chef and teacher—wondered how to create a feeling of calm, inner stability, and connection amidst a hectic, urban environment.   Out of that need, the Monk Oil City Skin Line of body oils was created: beautifully scented, magic potions that serve as daily wellness companions to nurture the bodies, souls, and spirits of cosmic cosmopolitans.  DAWN SCENT NOTES:  Herbaceous, energizing, warm, rose, floral, fresh, spice. INSPIRATION: Brilliant sunsets and the sexy appeal of self-knowledge.
