These are low profile ski screws used to mount the Bishop Switch Kit Plate and Switch Pad to the ski. Comes in a pack of 9 - enough for one HD 3.0 Switch Kit plate and pad. You will need to buy a pack for each binding, left and right. Compatible with the BMF/3, BMF/R, and the Bishop 2.0
