14K Solid Gold Marquise Filigree Ring (2.75mm, Size 7.5, 3.1g) | Joyeria Serrano

Contemporary Filigree Marquise Ring 14K Solid Gold (2.75mm Band, Size 7.5, 3.1g) | Joyeria Serrano 1. Product Overview & Context This contemporary 14-karat gold ring features a striking, elongated marquise-profile face highlighted by intricate central filigree scrollwork and sharply faceted outer corners that maximize light reflection. Constructed entirely from solid 14K yellow gold at 58.5% purity, the jewelry piece utilizes a 2.75mm split shank band that tapers seamlessly into the broad top table. Weighing 3.1 grams on a standard size 7.5 finger, the design offers substantial visual presence while distributing the metal weight evenly across the knuckle. The openwork central pattern reduces overall mass, preventing the ring from dragging, while maintaining the structural rigidity required for daily use. The dual-tone visual effect created by the angled outer edges is a result of precision faceting on the solid metal core, rather than a multi-metal construction. This ensures the piece retains consistent 14K gold purity throughout its entire structure, providing reliable durability and a polished aesthetic that complements both casual and formal wear. 2. Ergonomic Comfort Fit: Smooth, contoured interior edges designed to sit naturally against the finger without pinching or moisture trapping. Intricate Design Work: Precision detailing across the crown and shoulders, offering bold visual presence through central scrollwork and angular facet cuts while maintaining solid metal weight. Durable for Daily Wear: 14K gold's alloy balance provides optimal hardness against daily contact surfaces while maintaining lasting gold luster. Facial Openwork Design: The central filigree cutout reduces overall weight without compromising the structural integrity of the wide face, preventing finger fatigue during extended wear. 4. Frequently Asked Questions Q: Can this 14K gold ring be resized? A: Yes, because this ring is crafted from authentic solid 14K gold, it can be professionally resized up or down by a qualified jeweler. However, please consult a professional jeweler as resizing some rings compromises the integrity of the settings and the structural balance of wide contemporary faces. Q: How do I maintain the finish of my 14K ring? A: Wash with mild dish soap and warm water using a soft cloth or brush to clean beneath the intricate filigree setting. Polish with a jeweler's cloth to maintain shine and prevent tarnish buildup in the openwork areas. 5.
