Sitz Bath

Sitz Bath is a soothing way to care for not-so-awesome pain, wounds, and inflammation "down there". Whether your trauma is from hemorrhoids, giving birth, or a perineum surgery, this bath can help! We include three ways to use this product with every bottle: as a soak/bath, as a wash in a peri bottle, and frozen (to sit upon) to lessen inflammation. This is a great ally in healing. Detailed instructions are in the box, as is a reusable infuser bag to contain mess in making your bath. (Real) Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, organic Oats, organic Comfrey, organic Yarrow, and organic Chamomile Haven baths and soaks come in ready-to-use glass bottles (never plastic!) with an infuser bag and instructions in the box.
