Sitting With Sadness Journal

Sitting with Sadness is made for grievers by grievers. If you've lost someone, you know that grief hides in plain sight. Getting to know its shape can be helpful, especially in those moments when you worry about forgetting but remembering hurts too much.  This journal is a place to pause for a private communion or confrontation with your loss. It includes prompts for recording memories, making a wish, and creating rituals, plus space for grief's messier thoughts and feelings. Your grief is your own, but you are not alone.
