Key Features Features premium fabric covering Anti-slip grip areas for all day comfort and stability Anti-slip grip areas hold your seat in place 2x cushioning & wider seating surface Natural, safe and effective back pain relief Maximum comfort for longer periods of sitting Works in any seat—office, car, home—or anywhere you sit! Tilts the pelvis upright to engage core muscles Fits individuals up from 60 lbs.to 120 lbs  Q: HOW is the MINI shape different from CORE and STANDARD RELIEF shapes? Size and Fit: The MINI works best for individuals closer to or even under 100 lbs, making it great for people with smaller frame and also children! The original RELIEF is best for adults from 100 to 300 lbs in weight. The CORE works best for adults in the same range but is best for individuals over 180 lbs, or wide framed and heavy-bottomed users.  Narrow shape vs curved larger shape: The MINI is intentionally designed to be narrower than the hip or pelvis width, as it focused on supporting the narrow width of the Sitz bones, also known as ischial tuberosities (not the width of the pelvis). The focus on this concentrated area powerfully cups, floats, lifts and tilts the pelvis to completely take pressure off the spine anywhere you sit.  Although the MINI is a smaller fit, its lifting tilting action on the pelvis to raise up your core and spine is as powerful as the RELIEF's action. KEEP IN MIND: Changing your sitting posture to the correct alignment can cause temporary discomfort-like going to the gym for the first time. Your lower back and hips may need time to adjust and relax into the new posture you are forming as you consistently use your BackJoy Seat. So give any of your BackJoy Orthotic seats at least 3 weeks of consistent use to feel significant and sustained pain relief as your lower pack posture reforms. Then take it away for a few hours sitting and you'll really feel the BackJoy difference.  Read the instruction that came with your seat or view our the online videos.
