Sisters Blend

Named after the Three Sisters Wilderness that towers over its mountain town birthplace, Sisters Blend captures the spirit of Central Oregon: approachable, balanced, and quietly adventurous. Sisters Coffee Company built this medium roast around three Latin American origins and one East African coffee, creating a cup that's as comfortable as a summer morning on the back porch and as nuanced as a hike into alpine territory. The result is a coffee that works everywhere—from your first pot at dawn to an afternoon pour over, from espresso to French press. Brown sugar sweetness anchors the profile, while toasted walnut and a whisper of cinnamon add depth without demanding attention. It's the kind of blend that never gets old, because it never tries too hard. Tasting NotesExpect brown sugar at the front, with toasted walnut richness filling out the middle and a gentle cinnamon note weaving through the finish. The acidity is mild and round—no sharp edges—while the body lands squarely in velvety territory. This is a coffee that coats the palate without weighing it down, offering enough complexity to keep things interesting while maintaining the clean, drinkable character that defines a great daily blend. Brew MethodsSisters Blend shines across the spectrum. As drip coffee or in an automatic brewer, it delivers consistent sweetness and body. Pour over methods (V60, Chemex) bring out the walnut and spice notes with clarity. French press amplifies the velvety mouthfeel. And while it's roasted primarily for filter brewing, it pulls a surprisingly balanced espresso shot—low acidity, good crema, and that brown sugar core holding everything together. If you're looking for one bag to cover all your bases, this is it.
