SiS HYDRO Tablets - Tube of 20

Are SiS HYDRO Tablets worth using for everyday cycling hydration? The SiS HYDRO Tablets are effervescent electrolyte tablets designed to turn plain water into a scientifically effective hydration drink. Drop one tablet into 500ml of water, let it dissolve, and you have a low-calorie electrolyte drink with 789mg of essential electrolytes and added B vitamins (B1, B2, and B6) per serving. The formula delivers sodium at a concentration of 30mmol/L, the level Science in Sport has shown to produce superior hydration compared to water alone. Originally developed to keep the British Sailing team optimally hydrated at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, HYDRO has since become a staple for athletes who need reliable electrolyte support without the carbohydrates of a full sports drink. Available in four flavors: Lemon, Berry, Pineapple and Mango, and Strawberry and Lime. Each tube contains 20 tablets. HYDRO is the right product for pre-exercise hydration, sub-90-minute sessions where energy intake is not needed, hot weather training, or everyday hydration when you are sweating and want more than water. Ten calories per tablet and less than 1g of sugar makes it compatible with any diet. Informed Sport certified, every batch tested against the WADA banned substances list.
