Pour boiling water over them until fully covered. Let them soak for 5 minutes. Carefully remove and place on a clean towel to air dry. Squeeze out any excess water from the nipple valve. Microwave Method For bottle bodies and silicone nipples only. Use a microwave-safe sterilization box and fill with 50-100 ml water or add water directly into the bottles. Ensure your microwave is set to 800W (or equivalent), and water temperature does not exceed 100°C / 212°F for bottles, and 110°C / 230°F for silicone nipples. Leave bottles open. Never seal with caps or place in sterilization bags. Microwave nipples for 60 seconds, and bottles for 3-4 minutes (or until water boils). Let cool before removing.
