Sinus Steam

Our Sinus Steam is a must have for cold and flu season. Our respiratory tract is the coldest part of our body, because of the constant air intake. That makes it the perfect location for a virus. Think about a fever, the body is trying to make the body warmer to slow pathogens, and make the home less comfortable. We can mimic this idea by using an herbal steam. This is a really good option for getting rid of a virus before it begins. During COVID season, I would recommend doing this anytime you come home from an outing. Our products are handmade in small batches in our apothecary storefront. We work hard to provide non toxic, healing products that our clients can rely on. This steam comes in a 1.5oz bag which provides multiple servings. Use: Boil a medium pot of water. Remove from heat and place on a heat safe location. Lean over the pot and put a towel over your head (to keep the steam around your face). When you are ready, put 1/2 cup of the loose leaf sinus steam blend into the pot. Breathe in deeply until the steam runs out. *This is also great for your skin!*  Ingredients: Organic or Wildcrafted: Peppermint Leaf (Mentha Piperita), Thyme Leaf (Thymus Vulgaris), Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis), Oregano (Origanum Vulgare), Mullein (Verbascum), Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla)
