Single Wrap Piano Hinge

The single-wrap leaf is made to fit 3/4" plywood (or any lumber that measures exactly 3/4"). Single wrap or Half Wrap piano hinges are designed to install where the jamb or opposing frame is thicker than the 3/4" panel or door attached to the wrap side leaf.  The knuckle length is 1/2" and the screw holes are 2" apart center to center. There are 70 screw holes per hinge. This hinge is only available in 48" lengths. If you need longer piano hinges, you can install two hinges end to end with no loss of strength. The brass plating on this hinge has minor scratches from the manufacturer. It is an industrial product and is not meant to be used on fine furniture. We are not able to make cuts on this piano hinge, but it can be cut by the end user with a hacksaw.
