Right now the rotation runs Costa Rica Crisol, Guatemala Manos de Mujer, Honduras Marcala, and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Lucent, with new origins joining as they enter the roastery. You will always know the coffee in your bag, and you will always know it was chosen with care. Some cycles, when the roast schedule allows, the rotation features one of our micro lots at no extra charge.
