Single Origin Coffee - Light Roast

Bright & Floral Current Origin: Guatemala, El Socorro Process: Washed Cultivar: Java This small-lot Java variety from El Socorro grown at 1500 meters comes from Finca San Diego Buena Vista, known for their meticulous cultivar separation and consistently clean processing. Originally traced from Ethiopia through Java to Central America, the Java cultivar is known for its elongated “canoe-shaped” beans and elegant, tea-like profile. Roasted light, this coffee expresses a refined sweetness with delicate aromatics. Expect notes of raw sugar, vanilla malt, and chamomile, layered with hints of lemongrass, clove, and floral tea. The cup is crisp and transparent, with a light body and lifted acidity reminiscent of rose hips and lemon tea. This is a quietly complex coffee that rewards a lighter roast, offering clarity, balance, and a polished finish. Each bag contains a guaranteed 12oz of roasted whole bean coffee, measured precisely to 1/100th of an oz. Order now before it sells out!
