JAE SINGLE JOINTED LEATHER COVERED EGGBUTT

The Single Joint Leather-Covered Eggbutt Bit has a stainless steel core wrapped in leather, providing strength while offering a softer surface than a bare metal bit. The leather naturally softens slightly when moistened, providing a gentler surface that many horses with sensitive mouths accept more easily.  Flat, non-abrasive stitching keeps the mouthpiece smooth, reducing the risk of irritation. The eggbutt design prevents the bit from pinching at the corners of the mouth and provides a stable connection, supporting consistent rein contact. Ideal for horses that benefit from steady contact, have sensitive mouths, or respond better to a leather-covered bit than a standard metal bit.
