In addition to our formulated blends, we offer single‑herb tinctures crafted from fresh, farm‑grown herbs, a touch of distilled water, and certified organic, gluten‑free alcohol. Using fresh herbs captures aromatic and flavor compounds that can be lost when herbs are dried — Lion’s Mane is the only exception; we source it fresh and dry it before extraction. Each tincture comes in a one‑ounce dropper bottle and can be added to teas, simple syrups, or food to soften the taste of the alcohol. If you prefer a gentler flavor, we can make any tincture into a sweetened elixir with honey, maple syrup, or glycerin. If you see an herb in our other products that you’d like as a single tincture, contact us — we can make it for you. An elixir is typically 50% sweetener and 50% alcohol, creating a softer flavor. Elixirs come in two‑ounce dropper bottles. Disclaimer Please speak to your medical professional before taking any of our tinctures if you have medical issues, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication. Lion’s Mane should not be taken by anyone on blood thinners unless your medical professional recommends otherwise. Ashwagandha is a nightshade in the eggplant family. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Taste Depending on the herb, the taste can be bitter or pungent in a strong alcohol base. You can dilute the alcohol taste by adding the tincture to hot tea, but allow the tea to cool slightly so as not to affect the herbal constituents. Dosage Everyone reacts differently to herbs. Many people begin with a small amount and increase gradually. You can add tinctures to any drink or food to soften the taste. Always listen to your body.
